ToneQuest Data Deletion
ToneQuest does not require users to create an account.
Learning progress and app settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete this local data by deleting the ToneQuest app from your device, or by clearing the app data in your device settings where available.
ToneQuest uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage the optional one-time Pro purchase. Purchase records may be retained by Google, RevenueCat, or us where necessary to provide access to the purchased Pro version, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or maintain transaction records.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal data associated with ToneQuest, please contact us at: contact@daanville.com
Please include "ToneQuest data deletion request" in the subject line and, if your request concerns a purchase, include the approximate purchase date and the platform used, for example Google Play.
Data that can be deleted
- Personal data contained in support emails or privacy requests.
- Any optional records we can identify and are not required to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or purchase-verification reasons.
Data that may be kept
- Purchase and transaction records that must be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or us for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
- Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you.
Retention period
Deletion requests are reviewed and handled within 30 days where legally and technically possible. Some records may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or purchase-restoration purposes.
